2015 | Mongolia IMPACT Program

USAI started a leadership and democracy training program for emerging leaders, elected officials, and evolving women trailblazers from Mongolia. The purpose of the USAI’s IMPACT! programs is to empower Mongolia’s future leaders by providing them with the skills and knowledge to take on leadership roles in democratic and electoral processes as well as civil society through a series of hands-on training workshops and exchanges in Washington, DC and in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. The program was conceived of, and is led by, the Honorable Shagdar Battsetseg, Non-Staff Advisor to the President of Mongolia and Mongolian Ambassador to Cuba
