The US-Asia Institute is proud to conclude our first Congressional Staff Fellowship focused on the U.S.-Korea-Japan trilateral relationship with this event. This program equipped congressional staffers with expert insight into key issues and areas of interest in the U.S.-Korea-Japan relations. Through the fellowship, participating staffers gained a greater understanding into the foundations and history of the trilateral relationship, as well as current and future strategic, and economic challenges. This program aims to highlight the role of the trilateral partnership as a cornerstone of U.S. policy in the Indo-Pacific.
Join us to celebrate the accomplishments of our fellows and report out on our program findings. Featuring an armchair discussion with H.E. Kang Kyung-wha, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to the United States and Ms. Tami Overby, Vice Chair of the US-Asia Institute.
To be eligible to participate in our fellowship programs, you must be a current congressional staff member. If you are a current staffer who is interested in joining future fellowships, please reach out to anna.bunn@usasiainstitute.org for more information.
