2022 Lunar New Year Celebration

HAPPY YEAR OF THE TIGER! Please join the US-Asia Institute for the virtual kickoff of our annual Lunar New Year celebration. Although Lunar New Year is celebrated around the world on February 1st, the US-Asia Institute hosted a virtual program on Thursday, February 10th from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm EST. An in-person courtyard reception will follow in May 2022.

As in past years, diplomats from various Asian nations, Members of Congress and Administration officials offered their greetings intermixed with clips showcasing the rich and unique Asian culture. Immediately following the program, there was an opportunity for meeting others and networking via breakout rooms.
